As part of our client first efficiency strategy, Flatiron does not invest in high grade real estate or enter into long term leases. We operate on a hybrid virtual model. Under our model, our attorneys leverage our state-of-the-art, cloud-based practice platform from wherever they are located-‑home, clients’ offices, WeWork. You don’t pay for expensive overhead, you pay for deal work.

Our headquarters are located in New York City, at the WeWork 500 Fashion Avenue location, and we all have access to all WeWork offices worldwide.
