Tricia Salinero

Tricia Salinero is Managing Director and Head of Technology in the Investment Banking Group. Tricia specializes in M&A for technology companies including buyside, sellside and private placement engagements. She has completed more than 100 technology mergers and acquisitions valued at $4 billion, and represented companies that sold to Google, Microsoft, Red Hat, Oracle, Blackbaud, Northvolt, Honda, and Social Capital.

Prior to joining Stout, Tricia worked as Partner, Managing Director, and Head of Software and Services at Woodside Capital Partners, LLC. Previously, Tricia was the founder and Managing Partner of Newforth Partners, a boutique M&A advisory firm focused on the technology sector. Prior to founding Newforth, Tricia spent seven years at Broadview International, a global M&A advisor for IT, communications, healthcare technology, and media companies. She was instrumental in numerous transactions including the Kingston/SoftBank equity sale for $1.8 billion. Earlier, Tricia held corporate development positions at SuperMac and was a consultant at Arbor Group.

Tricia is an active leader in the technology community and a frequent speaker on topics ranging from M&A and venture capital to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Conrad Everhard

Conrad is a founding member of Flatiron Law Group and a thought leader in the movement to modernize the law firm business model. Conrad has practiced M&A law for over two decades as a partner in the New York City offices of several global law firms. Conrad also served as a GC and EVP of AE Polysilicon, a private equity backed solar start-up that raised over $200 million.
