Susan Blanco

Susan is a Founder and Managing Partner at Capital Clarity Investment Banking. Her extensive experience in investment banking and private equity includes mergers, acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, and public and private capital raising and equity issues.

She has executed numerous transactions for public and private companies with leading private equity sponsors and venture capital firms, as well as strategic transactions with global corporations. Prior to launching Capital Clarity, Susan was Managing Director and Head of West Coast Private Equity at SNH Capital, where she served on the board of directors for several portfolio companies, and led the execution of acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and dividend recapitalizations across the technology and technology-enabled services sectors.

Conrad Everhard

Conrad is a founding member of Flatiron Law Group and a thought leader in the movement to modernize the law firm business model. Conrad has practiced M&A law for over two decades as a partner in the New York City offices of several global law firms.
