With over two decades of experience, Kristen is a seasoned technology commercialization and startup attorney successfully navigating complex legal matters at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies and business strategy. Kristen brings a proven track record of guiding startups through all stages of growth, from early-stage ventures to established companies.

Kristen's expertise spans intellectual property, technology transactions, regulatory compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity. Her strategic counsel has been invaluable to clients seeking to navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape across a wide range of industries, including healthcare IT, music, manufacturing, aerospace, and biotech/life sciences.

Prior to joining Flatiron, Kristen served as the Chief Legal Officer at The Mechanical Licensing Collective. Before that, she was a Partner at Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis (now Holland & Knight) and led the firm's Blockchain/DLT practice.
